About Us

	Jim Mercier, President
Jim has resided in the Lower Mainland since 1941. He has owned and managed various businesses since 1968 and became a private lender in 1983. He has been a professional mortgage broker since 1994. Jim served as an Alderman in Burnaby. He is a past President of the Mortgage Brokers Association of British Columbia. He has developed property and served on strata councils. Jim is also one of very few Chartered Accountants in the mortgage brokerage business.
	Jessica Whyte, Vice President
Jessica has resided in the Lower Mainland since 1973. She has been working in the mortgage industry since 1995. She was accredited with an Associate of Arts Degree from Capilano College and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of British Columbia. She has been a professional mortgage broker since 1997. She is a member of the Junior Chamber of Commerce. She has completed an Accounting certificate at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Jessica has served as a property manager and also as a member of a strata council. She chaired the Mortgage Brokers Association of British Columbia Education Committee from 1998-2002 and is a Past Director of the Mortgage Brokers Association of British Columbia.
